Neuro-affirming occupational therapy for ADHD and autism.

Supporting regulation, executive functioning, sensory processing, and meaningful participation in daily life.

Leaf Pattern Design
I provide occupational therapy grounded in real-life participation, supporting executive functioning, interoception, and nervous system regulation for neurodivergent individuals and the people who support them. My work is practical, relational, and focused on helping everyday life feel more manageable, connected, and meaningful.
Who I Help

I work with neurodivergent individuals across the lifespan.

This includes children and adults with ADHD who may experience challenges with attention, organization, emotional regulation, task initiation, or follow-through. I also support children and adults with autism who may experience differences in sensory processing, communication, regulation, and participation in daily life.

In addition, I work with individuals seeking learning and executive functioning support, particularly in academic, vocational, or life-transition contexts. Support is individualized and responsive to each person’s strengths, needs, and environments.

What I Support

Executive Functioning

I support skills such as planning, organization, time management, working memory, task initiation, and follow-through as they show up in daily routines, learning, and life demands.

Interoception

I support awareness of internal body signals such as hunger, fatigue, emotional states, stress, and the need for rest or movement, helping individuals respond more effectively to their bodies.

Fine Motor Skills

I support fine motor skills needed for everyday tasks such as writing, self-care, tool use, and functional participation.

Sensory Processing

I support individuals in understanding their sensory preferences and sensitivities and in developing strategies that support regulation across environments such as home, school, work, and community settings.

Self-Regulation and Attention

Support may focus on emotional regulation, attention, transitions, coping strategies, and nervous system balance.

Learning and Study Approaches

I support how individuals approach learning tasks, manage workload, plan and organize work, and engage in academic or vocational demands.

My Values in Practice

Meeting people where they are

I begin by understanding the person in front of me - their experiences, strengths, and ways of learning - rather than focusing on where someone else says they should be.

Respecting different ways of being

I take a neuro-affirming approach that honours individuality and supports growth through understanding, safety, and connection, not compliance or control.

Growth through meaningful experience

I believe development happens through participation in activities that matter. Therapy focuses on experiences that feel relevant, engaging, and supportive of natural development.

Supporting safety and awareness

Feeling safe in both body and mind allows learning to unfold. I gently support interoception, sensory awareness, and emotional regulation so people can feel more at ease in daily life.

Care that fits
real life

My work is grounded in practical, compassionate support - helping individuals and caregivers find strategies and adaptations that truly fit their everyday routines, relationships, and goals.
